3 toxic myths you need to stop believing if you want to start your own business!

Have you have been thinking about starting a business or finally turning your idea into a side hustle? Chances are that the reason why you haven't started yet is because you believe in at least one of these 3 toxic myths.

Getting your mindset right is the #1 thing you have to conquer if you want to reach your goals create the life you want . As the popular saying goes, "You are your worst enemy and best asset" ;-)

From serving many clients from all walks of life over the last 3 years, I can tell you that the best and most successful clients are those with the right mindset and attitude, who have the right beliefs about who they are and what they can achieve.

It's myth-busters time, my friend! Time to re-align your perspectives and make things right :)

Myth #1: “ You need to go back to school or get a few other certifications before you can start ".

What people want is to achieve results, and if you can help them achieve these results quicker, easier or cheaper they will gladly pay you for it.

It is however true that depending on what you want to do, who you want to serve and how you want to help them, you might need to brush up on your skills or get new ones all together.

Myth #2: "You need to spend money on a website, business card and other branding before you can get started.

Wrong , wrong ,wrong! I see so many people getting stuck because of this. This is the last thing you should be concerned about when you are starting.

First, you need to know what fires you up, who you want to serve, what issue you want to help them with and how you will help them solve it.

Knowing these things will help you focus on creating something that is needed and that people are ready and willing to pay for. Investing in your branding and all these other nice to haves before getting the first step right will be a waste of money.

I said what I said 😎.

Myth #3: You need to first make money before you can invest in a coach or program.

I can totally understand why someone would believe in this as I've been there myself, but I have seen time and again that by investing in my business and in myself I am able to save time and avoid making mistakes that will cost me even more money in the long run. You pay for speed and for feedback from people who know what they are doing instead of trying to figure it all by yourself.

Investing in your business does not mean that you start with a 10K coach when you just are starting and still thinking about the idea. But it means that at every stage of your business you are reaching out to people who have done it or are still doing it who can get you the blueprint and the exact steps that got them there.

You can also spend hours on Google and YouTube and not get any further. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love YouTube and Google but it can take forever to find the information that you need and also the one that will give you the results that you need.

Starting a business can be overwhelming sometimes and I want to avoid you being stuck and procrastinating because of things that are holding you back.

Let me help you!
