How to create your own full moon ritual

Try these 4 easy tips to create your own full moon ritual!

People have been practicing moon rituals for centuries throughout history. In Western and Chinese culture, the moon is associated with the feminine energy, whereas, the sun is associated with masculine energy. The moon has been used to chart seasons, to regulate agricultural cycles by farmers and to create ritual calendars by elders.

We may not need to use the moon as a calendar or as light in the evening but it is still a great idea to incorporate her powerful energy into your life.

The full moon is a great time to release, forgive and cleanse yourself of whatever is holding you back.

Step 2: Create the right mood. Add whatever you need to feel relaxed, it could be music, candles or flowers.

Step 3: Add your products, depending on what you need it could be Epsom salt, essential oils or herbs.

Step 4: soak it all in, release and reconnect with yourself.
