    Refund is only possible in case of defect or wrong article. In that case shipping on returns will be free.
    Exchange is only possible on articles that weren't used and are still intact with label. It is important for the customers to look in the shop and see if the desired size is still available before sending the article back (charged by customer).     The exchange form and the new purchase order must be filled for it to be validated.
    The customer must return the article within 7 days after reception. After that period, the article won't be accepted.
