    L’échange d’articles est seulement possible sur des vêtements qui n'ont pas été portés et toujours intactes avec étiquette. Il est important que le client regarde dans la boutique si le produit et la taille souhaitée est encore disponible avant le renvoie de l'article (au frais du client).     Le formulaire d'échange et le nouveau bon de commande doivent être remplis pour que l’échange soit validé.
    Le client doit retourner l'article dans les 7 jours après réception. Au-delà de ce délais, l'article ne sera pas accepté.

    Refund is only possible in case of defect or wrong article. In that case shipping on returns will be free.
    Exchange is only possible on articles that weren't used and are still intact with label.     The exchange form and the new purchase order must be filled for it to be validated.
    The customer must return the article within 7 days after reception. After that period, the article won't be accepted.
