    Le formulaire d'échange et le nouveau bon de commande doivent être remplis pour que l’échange soit validé.
    Le client doit retourner l'article dans les 7 jours après réception. Au-delà de ce délais, l'article ne sera pas accepté.

    The exchange form and the new purchase order must be filled for it to be validated.
    The customer must return the article within 7 days after reception. After that period, the article won't be accepted.
